Student Life
The Kanakuk Institute year is more than just an in-depth Bible study. It is about living in community together, experiencing the Biblical Body of Christ lived out in the daily details of life. The student life experience is one of the top reasons people attend our program. While we plan different events and trips and while the campus is ideal for cultivating a tight-knit community, true Student Life is created and lead by the students themselves. It occurs during Ping-Pong tournaments, lunch time conversations, workout clubs, or just running to get ice cream as a group. While a student at the Kanakuk Institute, all the Student Life tools are given to you to have great community; however you determine how intentional and beneficial your community will be. So…take a tour of KI’s campus and learn about the different community tools provided to you but start thinking and praying now about what Biblical community in the Body of Christ should be. Decide what roles accountability, intentionality, unity, and honesty play into community and start living that way now.
