The Kanakuk Institute is an eight-month college graduate discipleship and leadership program equipping students with the truth of God’s Word and establishing confidence in WHAT they believe and WHY, resulting in transformation from brokenness to living with freedom and purpose.
What We Do
Kanakuk Institute graduates launch into diverse careers. We train biblically sound leaders who are prepared to positively impact any area of the workforce. Every KI student takes part in a personal development process to understand how the Lord has wired them, to then help guide decisions concerning careers, families, community involvement, and more.

Currently, our average class size is 64 students. As awareness of the need to be equipped and trained in truth grows, interest and demand for the Kanakuk Institute continue to increase. Where We Go
More than 1526 students have graduated from the Kanakuk Institute and are now spread throughout the world. The network of alumni is extensive and spans over 43 states, 16 countries, and 5 continents. Odds are you live within 100 miles of one of our alumni.
Kanakuk Institute is one of the finest training grounds for future pastors, Bible teachers, and leaders in the church. The students are equipped with sound doctrine and more importantly they learn how to apply it in their lives. The opportunity to learn from current leaders from around the country is priceless. And the training truly “sticks” and shapes them because they learn and serve in community with other future leaders. I highly recommend KI to anyone with leadership potential.

During my time at KI, I learned rich biblical truths that I have carried forward into everyday life as a husband and (soon-to-be) father and into the medical profession.
